We have been learning about numbers and money this month in our role play area so we decided to visit our local butchers to buy some sausages and the bakery to buy some bread. We had to wait in the queue for our turn then ask for what we wanted and finally ask how much it would cost. After handing over the money we waited for our change and receipt. We couldn't wait to cook the sausages and make hot dogs for snack the next day!
